🚚 Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic (Canada) Shipping

We ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post Lettermail or Tracked Parcel, depending on the item size and weight.

Lettermail (no tracking): 2–8 business days

Tracked Parcel: 2–7 business days

📌 Note: Lettermail is more affordable but does not include tracking or insurance.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations via Canada Post International Services.

USA: 5–10 business days

Other international destinations: 7–21 business days

📌 Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item(s) and your delivery address.

❗ Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to meet delivery times, Leel Creations is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

For lost packages with tracking, please contact Canada Post to initiate an investigation.
