We do not accept returns on items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at leelcreations@gmail.com with the following:
Your order number
A photo of the item and the packaging
A description of the issue
We’ll do our best to make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of many of our products. Please read product descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization, the following items are final sale:
Scrunchies, hair accessories, tote bags, purses, book sleeves
Personalized items (with names, initials, etc.)
Sale or clearance items
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if this occurs.
